Lethbridge Exhibition Grounds:

The exhibition grounds are home to numerous activities during the year including trade shows, rodeo's and horse racing in the summer, and holiday craft activities for the whole family in the winter.

Enmax Centre:

The official home of the Lethbridge Hurricanes hockey team. The centre also houses numerous concerts throughout the year as well as the circus.

Indian Battle Park:

A historic park commemorating the last battle between the Cree and Blackfoot Nations in 1870. If you're looking for a quiet place for a family picnic or to tour the actual fort that is still in place, this is the place to go.

High Level Bridge:

Located across the valley of Indian Battle Park, this bridge is the longest railway bridge of its kind in the world. It was completed in 1909 and is still used by trains commuting through the city.

Sir Alexander Galt Museum:

This museum once served as the main hospital in Lethbridge during the late 1800's and early 1900's. There are many local archives and exhibits, such as the coal mining days and river valley artifacts. There is also a haunted house tour during Halloween that is perfect for the kids.

Nikko Yuko Japanese Gardens:

This attraction is located right in the middle of Henderson Lake Park. It was opened in 1967 during a royal event with Japan's prince and princess leading a list of special guests. It houses authentic Japanese art and artifacts. After a tour you can take a swim in the outdoor Henderson Pool a few steps away or take a walk around the lake.

Golf Resorts:

Henderson Park is also home to a beautiful golf course with 18 holes, but if you're looking for a river view, you can try Paradise Canyon Golf Resort located in the west part of the city. This 18 hole course lies alongside the Oldman River and provides one of the best views you will see on any golf course.

University of Lethbridge:

This is a province supported university founded in 1967. It is located on the west side of the city on a 576 acre campus and has over 7500 students. There are dorms around the outside of the University itself, but there are also many rental accommodations within a few blocks from it.

Lethbridge Community College:

LCC was established in 1957 as Canada's first publicly funded college. The college has an excellent reputation for aligning itself with industry, the community, and government.
